- Elapsed time since last medication
- Food and Carbohydrate log for quick reference
- Hemoglobin A1c history
- Current and previous protocols
- Medications/Insulins with open dates, expiration dates, and prescription re-order numbers
- Glucometer and Pump details
- Most recent blood pressure readings
- Patient and Physician information
All information stored on the Palm device is synchronized to your GlucoseOne Windows application where
reports are prepared and trend analysis performed.
The Palm application makes capturing your data quick and easy and is a true convenience.
Store your palm with your glucose meter and this application will make record keeping a snap.
Each new entry defaults to the current date and time requiring you to enter that much less information.
We suggest you create an entry when you test your glucose, then update that entry after your done eating or
insulin administered.
Thats is, the times for each event are automatically recorded for you.
We strongly suggest synchronizing the palm with the Windows application weekly at a minimum.
The Logbook displays the glucose, time of test, carbohydrates, medication and time if any
for all
entries. It also allows for display by log type or day summary for easy comparisons and trending.

The Log Entry dialog makes it simple to enter information about a glucose sampling,
medication administered or carbohydrates ingested along with the ability to add notes or keytones to each entry.

The Last Medication dialog displays the time since the last medication administered.
This is extremely helpful when calculating corrections or overlappping injections.
The Summary dialog is a quick way to see just how well you have been doing over the past
weeks.
It displays averages for the previous 7,14,28 days as well as overall.
It also is a quick reference to let you know how old your medications are and the pharmacy re-order numbers.
The Medication dialog allows you to manage your current medications.
Your also able to track the date of expiration and pharmacy re-order numbers.
The Food log gives you a quick and easy way to track your favorite foods and carbohydrates per
serving size. This is extremely helpful for those fast foods and for when carb counting is required of someone
who is
not educated on your technique.

The A1c lg allows you to track your A1c patterns and lets you see you over all progress.

The Vitals log allows you to record you blood pressure and pulse rate along with add comments
to each reading.
